Panoramas
Taghazout, South of Morocco

Panorama, Taghazout
Located at the start of the town, Panoramas is a powerful but fairly easy righthanded point break that finishes on the beach. It’s a good, pretty long and straightforward right hand point and you can paddle out from the beach or jump of the rocks, psychology, ability and swell depending! There’s less crowd hassle at Panoramas and the level of surfing is not quite as high (in general) as at it is at Anchor and Killer. It’s possible to paddle out from the Fisherman’s beach and drift round the point to save you from the paddle – especially in big north westerly swells, when the current can be a bit tiresome!

A nice beach break often overlooked for the more famous surf spots in the Taghazout area, but producing some good barrels and less crowded than some other breaks. When there is a huge swell rolling in, the sheltered breach break is a safe place for beginners to learn
