Panoramas  Taghazout, South of Morocco Panorama, Taghazout Located at the start of the town, Panoramas is a powerful but fairly easy righthanded point break that finishes on the beach. It’s a good, pretty long and straightforward right hand point and you can paddle out from the beach or jump of the rocks, psychology, ability and swell depending! There’s less crowd hassle at Panoramas and the level of surfing is not quite as high (in general) as at it is at Anchor and Killer. It’s possible to paddle out from the Fisherman’s beach and drift round the point to save you from the paddle – especially in big north westerly swells, when the current can be a bit tiresome! A nice beach break often overlooked for the more famous surf spots in the Taghazout area, but producing some good barrels and less crowded than ...

Hash Point Taghazout, South of Morocco Hash Point, Taghazout Hash Point is right on our doorstep! This fast right-hander works well with a medium to large swell when the sand lines up well off the rocks. This is a favourite with the locals who run down after school to hit the lineup. Our roof terrace offers superb viewing for this fun little spot. If you catch a good one you end up on the Taghazout village beach where you can wander up and enjoy a freshly squeezed orange juice in Café Sonia. Hash Point got its name over people being lazy from smoking too much of the whacky backy and couldn’t be bothered to walk up to Anchor Point. In all honesty there are better waves in the region and this is one of the most fickle breaks out there (working only on a westerley swell and at mid to high tides). That being said, the fact that it is in the center of Taghazout means that it is so easy to get to that you will always find yourself having a cheeky little session on it.
